도개걸윷모 계정 및 데이터 삭제

도개걸윷모(Do Gae Geol: Online Yutnori) 계정과 연결된 데이터를 삭제하는 공식 요청 페이지입니다.

앱 설정에서 직접 삭제하는 방법이 가장 빠릅니다. 삭제한 계정과 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

앱에서 직접 삭제

  1. 도개걸윷모를 실행하고 멀티플레이에 연결합니다.
  2. 상단의 설정 버튼을 누릅니다.
  3. ‘계정 및 데이터 삭제’를 선택합니다.
  4. 안내를 확인하고 버튼을 한 번 더 누릅니다.

Firebase 익명 인증 계정과 계정에 연결된 온라인 게임 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다.

웹에서 삭제 요청

앱을 사용할 수 없다면 아래 버튼으로 이메일을 보내주세요. 게임에서 사용한 닉네임과 대략적인 마지막 이용일을 적어 주세요. 비밀번호, Google 계정 비밀번호 또는 결제 정보는 보내지 마세요.

계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

본인 확인이 끝난 날부터 7일 이내 삭제를 완료합니다.

삭제되는 데이터

보관될 수 있는 정보

삭제 요청 접수와 처리 사실처럼 보안 및 악용 방지에 꼭 필요한 최소 기록은 최대 30일 보관한 뒤 삭제할 수 있습니다. 다른 플레이어의 기기에만 저장된 화면 캡처 등 개발자가 보유하지 않은 정보는 삭제 대상에 포함되지 않습니다.

Delete in the app

  1. Open the app and connect to Multiplayer.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Select “Delete account and data.”
  4. Review the notice and tap the button again.

This immediately deletes your anonymous Firebase Authentication account and account-linked online game data.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot use the app, include the nickname used in the game and your approximate last-use date. Never send a password, Google Account password, or payment information.

Request account and data deletion

After minimum identity verification, we complete deletion within 7 days.

Data that will be deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account, user ID, nickname, room links, online match record, activity point balance and history, and other account-linked game data will be deleted. Minimal deletion-request records needed for security and abuse prevention may be retained for up to 30 days.
